Finally, a chance to golf all day and support a great cause! The 18 For Green 2004 Charity Golf Classic is being held Saturday, October 9, 2003 at Renditions, in Davidsonville, Maryland. This course salutes the great championships of golf. Each of the eighteen holes is a replica of a hole from a course that has played host to one of golf's major championships: The Masters, The U.S. Open, The British Open, The PGA Championship and The Players Championship.

Tournament Cost

The cost to play in the tournament requires a minimum $160 fee / donation per golfer.

At least half of the money -- $80.00 per golfer -- is due up front with the registration form to secure a place in the tournament. Registration fees can be placed via check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to the March of Dimes and mailed with along with registration form(s) to:

Each golfer in a foursome needs to fill out the registration form, and submit $80 (or more) to hold their spot. A golfing packet will be mailed to you upon submitting your registration form and the $80 fee. You can easily download the Adobe PDF Registration form or request a hard copy form. The remainder of the money can be paid anytime up until registration on the day of the tournament. This money can either be paid by you the golfer (by personal check or credit card), or by fundraising and applying the donation/sponorship money towards the remainder of your entry fee. All checks should be made payable to the March of Dimes.

We strongly encourage you to take the fundraising route, and raise MORE than the minimum $160 - get out there, talk to people and get them to donate towards this fantastic charity event. There will be a prize awarded for the largest total donation sum during the awards banquet!
